Bow Spring Centralizer 

High-performance bows provide maximum standoff in multiple locations of the annulus, providing the best

possible conditions for primary cement to achieve zonal isolation.

All centralizer sizes have been tested and validated to meet American Petroleum Institute (API) 10D

requirements, providing reliability and durability during operations.

Non-welded design can withstand most wellbore environments, providing operational flexibility.

Bow configurations are available in various heights and sizes suitable for most applications and providing a

variety of bow configurations for special applications.

Rigid Centralizer 

The rigid centralizers are generally constructed integral to add greater strength and are held in place by high

loads top collars or set screws.

The tools are designed to improve cement flow while promoting maximum standoff from the borehole.

Provide both straight blade and spiral blade.

Size is available from 4 ½" to 20"

Description
Rigid centralizers are with high supporting force and low starting force , thus enabling the casing smoothly down and at the same time stay at a high level.
Sizes ranging from 4-1/2" to 20", custom size are available
Spiral vane: reducing drag force.
 
Features
1. Application:in deviated and horizontal wells, liner overlaps, and shoe joints.
2. Suitable for either cased or open hole.
3. Made of high tensile, solid, cast steel, for shock, impact, and corrosion resistance.
4. Vane ends are beveled 30 degrees relative to casing centralizer to provide excellent lead into restrictions, and reduced drag when running into hole.
5. Wide vanes distribute load from the casing string into the well bore without gouging.
6. The design of the vanes keeps running forces at a minimum.
7. The 360 degrees overlapping solid vane provides maximum wall contact and fluid swirl. Thus reduced flow area between the spiral blade and produces a vortex motion of the fluids for more fluid velocity with direction.
