STRUCTURE • Featuring a coupling connection type, our design achieves connection strength equal to or exceeding the pipe body. • The thread is an improved buttress type, enhancing connection efficiency and easing processing. 2 3/8"-2 7/8" 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" 6 TPI, 5" and over 5 TPI • The main seal employs a taper to taper seal structure with a negative angle torque shoulder for superior sealing ability. • The reverse torque shoulder enhances the connection's capability to bear combined loads. • Aligning the inner walls of the pipe body and coupling ensures seamless performance. PERFORMANCE • Our standard coupling connection achieves strength on par with the pipe body. • Seal efficiency: A low-angle taper-to-taper interference seal, bolstered by a reverse angle torque shoulder, ensures high seal reliability. • The reverse torque shoulder grants higher resistance to compression, bending, and over-torque. • An inner flat design minimizes gas and liquid turbulence, reducing energy loss. • Anti-galling features permit multiple makeups and breakouts.
