Our advanced subsurface sucker rod pumps, meticulously crafted in compliance with API 11AX standards, proudly bear the distinguished API monogram and ISO 9001 certification. With cutting-edge technology first adopted from the USA in the illustrious 1980s, our remarkable collection features over 40 distinct models and sizes, with diameters ranging impressively from 28 mm to 108 mm, catering to diverse extraction needs.
The Sucker Rod Pump, recognized also as the insert rod pump, represents a vital component in the traditional sucker rod pump lineup. Ingeniously connected directly to the sucker rod, this innovative pump can be effortlessly extracted without disturbing the tubing, making well inspections and maintenance operations notably more streamlined and efficient. By significantly cutting testing time in half and reducing associated costs, this rod pump emerges as an ideal choice for deep well applications.
Ingeniously utilizing a suspension structure, this pump barrel enhances load-bearing capabilities, optimizing its performance for deep well applications with setting depths ranging from an impressive 500 to 1500 meters. Key attributes include a gap bridge structure to prevent bending, a barrel suspended in the outer section, which alleviates pressure, ensuring durability and minimizing bending risk. The strategic space between the plunger and barrel minimizes eccentric wear, thus prolonging service life and ensuring exceptional pump efficiency. To curtail loss, the eccentric distance ε is strategically maintained at 0. This thoughtful design reduces pumping losses, ideal for deep wells requiring extensive tail pipe suspensions.
