Our ZJ40/2250CZ Workover Rig is meticulously crafted and engineered to adhere to the rigorous standards set forth by API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C, and RP500,
as well as GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 Standards embracing the essential '3C' compulsory standard. A testament to quality and precision.
The rig boasts a remarkably compact structure, allowing for installation within a minimal spatial footprint thanks to its high-level integration.
Featuring a robust and adaptable self-propelled chassis with configurations such as 8×6, 10×8, 12×8, 14×8, 14×12, and 16×12, complemented by a hydraulic steering system, ensuring superb maneuverability and cross-terrain capability.
The strategic combination of a CATERPILLAR engine with an ALLISON transmission box guarantees superior driving efficiency and unwavering operational reliability.
Equipped with a main hydraulic disc brake or band brake, and options for auxiliary brakes including Air, hydromatic, or FDWS brakes to enhance stopping power.
The rotary table transmission system allows seamless forward-reverse shifts, adaptable to diverse DP rotary operations, and includes an anti-torque device to securely release DP deformation forces.
The mast, designed as a front-open, double-section type with adjustable inclination or an erective double-section type, can be hydraulically erected, lowered, and telescoped for optimal functionality.
Featuring a twin-body telescopic drill floor or a parallelogram structure, this design ensures effortless lifting and
transportation. Tailor the drill floor height to meet specific client requirements, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
