1. The Frac Head, also known as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a cornerstone in the fracturing operations setup, integral to Frac Trees and Frac Stacks. Expertly designed, it ensures a safe, organized fluid flow while managing the task of pumping immense volumes under extreme pressures during frac completions. Our frac head significantly mitigates the risks associated with using inferior equipment, providing an assurance of reliability and safety.
2. Designed with versatility in mind, the Fracturing Head is available in various wellhead connection sizes, accommodating two pressure ranges with 2-in, 3-in, or 4-in 1502 frac inlets. Constructed with robust 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi working pressure flanges, they promise superior performance. Furthermore, we offer the flexibility of customizing frac heads to align with the unique specifications of our esteemed clients.
3. The Frac Head typically features both studded and flange-end connection types. In addition to the traditional flanged style, we also produce threaded and 'Inlet' type frac heads. Available in various sizes and inlets, they are adept at connecting multiple frac lines to the frac tree.
