Hy-chrome Liner

The Hy-chrome liner is meticulously crafted with an inner sleeve composed of over 27% chrome iron, enveloped in a robust forged steel outer shell. The bore boasts an impressive hardness of 60 to 65 RC, while the outer shell is fortified with a high tensile strength exceeding 90,000 psi. Each Hy-chrome liner is engineered with an 'Hp' lip to prevent any inner sleeve slippage. This exceptional liner promises an outstanding service life of over 800 hours in standard drilling conditions. Specifically crafted for superior performance, Hy-chrome liners excel in demanding, corrosive, and abrasive environments.

Zirconia Liner

The Zirconia Liner (ZrO3) seamlessly merges the robust strength of a forged steel outer shell with the impeccable abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. This advanced liner is expertly designed for adaptation in deep oil reservoirs, hard strata, and severe earthiness, as well as offshore oil and natural gas extraction.
