STRUCTURE • Featuring a coupling connection type, the connection strength meets or exceeds that of the pipe body. • The thread is an enhanced buttress thread known for its high connection efficiency and ease of processing. Sizes include 2 3/8"-2 7/8" with 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" with 6 TPI, and 5" and over with 5 TPI. • Employs a main seal with a taper-to-taper seal structure and a negative angle torque shoulder to boost sealability. • The reverse torque shoulder augments the connection's load-bearing capacity. • The inner pipe wall aligns seamlessly with the coupling's inner wall. PERFORMANCE • Connection strength with standard coupling can achieve the strength of the pipe body. • The seal property uses a low angle taper-to-taper interference seal further enhanced by the reverse angle torque shoulder, ensuring high seal reliability. • The joint resists compression, bending, and over-torque loads with its reverse torque shoulder. • An inner flat design minimizes gas and liquid turbulence, reducing energy loss. • Anti-galling design allows for multiple make-ups and breakouts.

• Designed with coupling critical cross sections that surpass those of the pipe body for enhanced strength.

• Incorporates a modified hook thread profile with a -4° reverse angle on the load flank and a 10° angle on the lead flank, offering superior tension strength and increased resistance to compression. For sizes 2 3/8"-2 7/8" 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" 6 TPI, 5"-7 3/4" 5 TPI, and 8 5/8" up 4 TPI. • Patented taper metal-to-metal seal system delivers excellent gas-tight sealing, even under severe combined loads such as bending and temperature stresses. • The reverse angle torque shoulder ensures an accurate power-tight makeup with minimal hoop stresses in the connection.
