The Sucker Rod Pump, also known as an insert rod pump, stands as a quintessential part of the conventional sucker rod pump family. Directly connected to the sucker rod, it can be effortlessly extracted without affecting the tubing, offering ease during well inspections and workovers. Its design halves the time and cost involved in pump testing, making it an ideal choice for deeper wells.
Our pump barrel boasts a suspension structure that enhances its load-bearing capabilities, making it a perfect candidate for deep wells with a setting depth ranging from 500 to 1500 meters. Key features include a gap bridge structure to prevent bending, with the barrel suspended in the outer section, eliminating pressure and the risk of bending. The minimized space between the plunger and barrel reduces eccentric wear, thus extending service life and optimizing pump efficiency. The design ensures minimal pump loss with an eccentric distance ε=0, ideal for deep wells requiring additional tail pipes.
