Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, alternatively known as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a pivotal piece of equipment employed on Frac Trees and Frac Stacks during fracturing operations. Expertly crafted, it ensures systematic and secure fluid management, facilitating the pumping of substantial volumes under extreme pressures during frac completions. By using these high-quality frac heads, the inherent risks associated with substandard equipment are significantly diminished, promoting safer operations.
2. Our Fracturing Heads are offered in various wellhead connection sizes and are compatible with two pressure ranges. Featuring 2-in, 3-in, or 4-in 1502 frac inlets, they are constructed to withstand impressive working pressures of 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi. We also provide the flexibility of customizing frac heads, tailored to meet the precise demands of our esteemed customers.
3. The Frac Head typically presents itself in studded and flange-end connection types. Beyond the standard flanged style, we manufacture threaded types and "Inlet" type frac heads as well. Available in an assortment of sizes and equipped with various inlets, these heads are designed to link multiple frac lines into the frac tree.
