The wellhead device, widely known as the "oil production tree", stands as one of the most crucial and frequently encountered pieces of equipment in the oil, gas, and water well sectors. This indispensable tool is key to managing and controlling oil well production, boasting the following vital functions:

(1) Supports the entire weight of tubing columns within the suspension tubing system, providing stability to the well.

(2) Effectively seals the annular space between the oil and casing, thereby regulating casing gas.

(3) Plays a pivotal role in controlling and adjusting the production levels of oil wells.

(4) Facilitates the daily management of oil intake, including setting pressure data, conducting tests, and performing wax cleaning, among other duties.

(5) Ensures smooth execution of essential subterranean operations such as well washing, sand washing, acidification, and fracturing.

Oil producing trees are primarily classified into two categories: traditional and modern. Traditional oil harvesting trees include models such as Dalong (Great Rome imitation), Rongfeng (Little Rome imitation), and Lianggong (Su imitation) from the 1960s. Modern versions, like the Daqing 150, Daqing 160 miniature, Sheng 251, and Sheng II, reflect China's advancements in design and manufacturing.

Third, understanding the structure of oil extraction trees

Take, for example, the domestic KY65-21 oil production tree. Its components comprise the casing tee, left and right casing valve, tubing head, tubing tee, general valve, left and right production valves, test valve or wax cleaning valve (well sealer), tubing top wire, clamp, steel ring, and various other accessories.

Fourth, exploring the connection methods of oil production trees

There are five principal methods of connecting oil trees:

(1) Clamp connection: Predominantly used for oil production trees like Daqing 150II, Sheng 261 micro, and Sheng 254, this method involves clamping the components together.

(2) Thread connection: A threaded join is characteristic of models such as Daqing 150 and Sheng 251.

(3) Iron hoop connection: This technique, seen in oil production trees like Sheng I and Sheng II, uses iron hoops to secure connections.

(4) Flange connection: Employed by oil production trees such as Shanghai Dalong, Rongfeng, and Lianggong, this method uses flanges for connection.

(5) Clamp flange connection: Integrating both clamp and flange methodologies, this connection type is typical of models such as the original CY250.
