Hy-chrome Liner

The Hy-chrome liner is expertly crafted with an inner sleeve containing over 27% chrome iron, encased in a robust forged steel outer shell. It boasts an impressive bore hardness of 60 to 65 RC, while the casing exhibits exceptional tensile strength exceeding 90,000 psi. Each Hy-chrome liner is meticulously produced with an 'Hp' lip to prevent any slippage of the inner sleeve. Its service life surpasses 800 hours under typical drilling conditions. Hy-chrome liners are engineered for outstanding performance in harsh, corrosive, and abrasive environments.

Zirconia Liner

The Zirconia liner (ZrO3) innovatively combines the ruggedness of a forged steel outer shell with the unmatched abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. Designed specifically to tackle the challenges of deep oil reservoirs, hard strata, severe earth conditions, as well as offshore oil and natural gas extraction. This type of liner guarantees an exceptional service life exceeding 4,000 hours.

When compared with Hy-chrome and Alumina liners, the zirconia liner excels with superior impact strength, elevated hardness with enhanced wear resistance, formidable erosion resistance, higher pressure endurance, and remarkably fine surface finishes.
