1. The double-layer coating enables the tubing to demonstrate product characteristics of corrosion prevention first and wear resistance later throughout its entire service life.
2. The special coating material makes the tube wall extremely smooth in the later stage of use, greatly reducing friction.
3. The coating is relatively thin, making our lining diameter 25% larger than other similar products, facilitating repairs and detection work such as endoscopy.
4. The coating is also applied to coupling and other parts, improving the overall corrosion resistance.
5. Higher hardness. The API requirement for hardness is greater than 65HD, while ours is always greater than 85HD.
6. It performs significantly better than ordinary tubing in special oil wells such as dogleg wells and deviated wells.
