First, the role of oil harvesting trees

(1) To support and suspend the entire weight of all tubing columns within the well;

(2) To effectively seal the annular space between the oil and casing, thereby controlling casing gas with accuracy;

(3) To deftly control and regulate the production dynamics of oil wells;

(4) To handle the daily management tasks such as admission of oil, setting pressure data, conducting testing, and performing wax cleaning operations;

(5) To ensure the seamless execution of various underground operational tasks including well washing, sand washing, acidifying, and fracturing.

In contrast, 'new' oil production trees, such as the Daqing 150, Daqing 160 miniature, Sheng 251, and Sheng II, are contemporary marvels crafted with modern Chinese ingenuity.

Third, the structure of oil extraction trees

Taking the KY65-21 oil production tree as an exemplary model, its assembly includes components such as the casing tee, left and right casing valves, tubing head, tubing tee, general valve, left and right production valves, along with the test valve or wax cleaning valve (well sealer), tubing top wire, clamp, and indispensable steel rings and accessories.
