Product Parameters
1. Introducing the Frac Head, also known as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head-a pivotal element in the fracturing process, prominently used on Frac Trees and Frac Stacks. Expertly engineered to facilitate a systematic and secure fluid flow, it allows for the pumping of high volumes under extreme pressures during frac completions. The frac head serves as a reliable solution to mitigate the risks associated with inferior equipment, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
2. Our Fracturing Head is engineered to accommodate various wellhead connection sizes and is available in two pressure ranges: 15,000 psi and 10,000 psi. With options for 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch 1502 frac inlets, our products are designed to meet diverse operational needs. We offer customization services to craft frac heads that align perfectly with the unique demands of our customers.
3. The Frac Head typically features studded and flange-end connection types. In addition to the conventional flanged style, we can produce threaded and 'Inlet' type frac heads. Available in multiple sizes and inlets to seamlessly integrate with several frac lines into the frac tree, we can design and produce a wide range of frac heads customized to meet the specific requirements of our clientele.
