Our subsurface sucker rod pumps are meticulously manufactured to meet and exceed the stringent standards of API 11AX. They proudly bear the API monogram and have secured ISO 9001 certification, ensuring superior quality and performance. The cutting-edge technology for these pumps was introduced from the USA in the 1980s. With an impressive array of over 40 models and sizes, our sucker rod pumps boast diameters ranging from a sleek 28 mm to a robust 108 mm, providing flexibility and precision for various applications.
The Sucker Rod Pump, also commonly referred to as the insert rod pump, represents a key type of conventional sucker rod pumps. Ingeniously designed, this rod pump is directly connected to the sucker rod, allowing it to be seamlessly extracted without disturbing the tubing. This advantageous feature streamlines well inspections and workovers, offering unparalleled convenience. By dramatically cutting the time and costs associated with pumping tests by half, the rod pump is ideally suited for deployment in deeper wells, providing an economically efficient solution for your oil extraction needs.
Our revolutionary pump barrel employs a sophisticated suspension structure, significantly enhancing the load-bearing capabilities and ensuring optimal performance in deep well operations. Capable of being positioned at depths ranging from 500 to 1500 meters, this pump is engineered with innovative features to prevent bending. It incorporates a gap bridge structure, ensuring the barrel is suspended in the outer section without bearing pressure, making it resistant to bending. The reduced space between the plunger and barrel minimizes eccentric wear, thereby extending the pump's service life and ensuring enhanced efficiency. With an eccentric distance ε=0, the design effectively reduces pump loss. This state-of-the-art pump is perfectly suited for deep wells requiring the suspension of additional tail pipes.
