1. Steel Frame:

 

Constructed using two or three layers of premium 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth, seamlessly integrated with a robust steel backing plate and frame. This design, featuring varying mesh and hole sizes, delivers superior filtration effects, enhancing operational efficiency.

 

The underlying high-strength steel frame cohesively integrates with a supporting bar and moderately tensioned screen cloth, significantly enhancing screen intensity and durability. This design not only achieves superior filtration but also features mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325. The entire cloth is segmented into independent small sections, preventing extensive damage.
