Application: Employed as a flexible connection between the standpipe and swivel during rotary drilling or between the pump and standpipe for rotary vibrator operations. It efficiently manages the pumping of mud at exceptionally high pressures essential in oil drilling and natural gas exploration work (including 50D, 70D).

Temperature Range: Operates efficiently within a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C, and can be customized to suit specific customer requirements

Hose Reinforcement:Constructed with 2 to 6 layers of spiraled high-strength steel wire, cohesively bound with rubber to form a robust and integrated construction.

Lining: Predominantly composed of NBR, this lining offers excellent resistance to oil, abrasion, acids, alkalis, and flames, ensuring durability and reliability.

Hose Cover: Made primarily from CR, the cover is designed to be oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof, and resistant to aging, providing extended service life.

Coupling Type: Includes NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, and BSPT 4" couplings, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
