A. Slick Drill Collar
Note: The drill collar primarily serves to provide necessary bit weight to the drill bit, thereby ensuring that the drill pipe remains in tension. Notably, the drill collar is capable of
maintaining centralization of the drill bit and ensuring the hole's trajectory due to its high rigidity. These drill collars are meticulously manufactured in compliance with API Spec7-1 and
SY5411 standards.
B. Spiral Drill Collar
Note: The spiral design of this drill collar is specifically crafted to minimize contact with the borehole, effectively preventing bit sticking due to differential
pressure. These drill collars are rigorously manufactured according to API Spec7-1 and SY5144 standards.
C. Spiral Drill Collar With Elevator Groove And Slip Groove
Note: The elevator and slip grooves embedded on the box thread face of both slick and spiral drill collars serve as efficient lifting
subs and safety slips during tripping out. The technical parameters for these grooves are defined according to API SPEC7-1. Optional hardbanding is available upon customer request.
