First, the Role of Oil Harvesting Trees

The wellhead device, often referred to as the "oil production tree," stands as a pillar of significance and ubiquity among the arsenal of equipment for oil, gas, and water wells. It takes center stage as the crucial apparatus designed to control and fine-tune the production from oil wells. Its primary roles include:

(1) Supporting the entire weight of the tubing columns suspended within the well, providing structural integrity and stability;

(2) Ensuring a tight seal of the annular space between the oil and casing, crucial for controlling casing gas and maintaining well safety;

(3) Mastering the art of control and regulation over the production output of oil wells, optimizing efficiency and yield;

(4) Daily oversight of the oil admission process, incorporating pressure data setting, testing, wax removal, and more to maintain peak operations;

(5) Facilitating seamless underground operations, enabling processes such as well washing, sand washing, acidification, fracturing, and beyond to progress smoothly.

Second, the Types of Oil Harvesting Trees

Oil producing trees fall into two primary categories: the venerable old oil producing trees and the innovative new oil producing trees. The old-fashioned category hearkens back to designs such as Dalong (reminiscent of Great Rome), Rongfeng (inspired by Little Rome), and Lianggong (modeled after Su) from the 1960s. The new generation of oil production trees includes designs like the Daqing 150, the miniaturized Daqing 160, Sheng 251, Sheng II, and others, all crafted with the latest advancements in China.

Third, the Structure of Oil Extraction Trees

Examining the domestic KY65-21 oil production tree reveals a complex assembly of parts and components: oil production tree casing tee, left and right casing valves, tubing head, tubing tee, general valve, left and right production valves, test or wax cleaning valves (well sealers), tubing top wire, clamps, steel rings, and an array of additional accessories.

Fourth, the Connection Method of Oil Production Trees

There are five principal methods to forge connections within oil trees:

(1) Clamp Connection: Primarily using clamps to connect components, as seen in Daqing 150II, Sheng 261 micro, Sheng 254, and others;

(2) Thread Connection: Components are threaded together, exemplified by Daqing 150, Sheng 251, and similar designs;

(3) Iron Hoop Connection: Utilizing iron hoops for joining, found in Sheng I, Sheng II, and related trees;

(4) Flange Connection: Flanges are the main connection method, used in Shanghai Dalong, Rongfeng, Lianggong, among others;

(5) Clamp Flange Connection: A hybrid approach using both clamps and flanges, as in the original CY250 and other oil production trees.
