• Pressurized components are crafted from superior alloy steel, ensuring excellent strength and impact toughness. The high-pressure BOP's door seal utilizes a combined seal for enhanced well pressure resistance. It features a floating or integral gate for secure sealing and convenient changes. With a burial-type oil passage, the bearing hinge is distinct from the hydraulic hinge, simplifying the hinge structure for easy dismounting and mounting. Steam circulating lines are adaptable for low temperature settings.
• Pressurized components are forged materials, providing superior strength and impact toughness, thereby eliminating forging defects.
• The middle flange employs a combined seal, operated easily by hydraulic pressure, facilitating the ram's replacement.
• Ram rubber is plentiful and utilizes a self-contained seal for optimal performance.
• Accompanied by an auxiliary oil cylinder, this design offers advantages over the conventional shear ram BOP.
• Internally, the BOP is resistant to high sulfur environments, with surfaces treated with high nickel base alloy, providing the highest resistance to H2S and CO2.
