1. Suitable for application in deviated and horizontal wells, liner overlaps, and shoe joints.
2. Designed for use in both cased and open hole scenarios.
3. Constructed from high tensile, solid cast steel for enhanced shock, impact, and corrosion resistance.
4. Vane ends beveled at 30 degrees relative to casing centralizer, providing smooth lead into restrictions and reduced drag during deployment.
5. Wide vanes effectively distribute the load from the casing string into the wellbore without causing gouging.
6. Vane design minimizes running forces effectively.
7. The 360-degree overlapping solid vane ensures maximum wall contact and fluid swirl, reducing flow area between spiral blades and creating a vortex motion for enhanced fluid velocity and directionality.
