Our subsurface sucker rod pumps proudly adhere to the stringent standards of API 11AX, having earned both the prestigious API monogram and ISO 9001 certification. Since the 1980s, leveraging cutting-edge technology from the USA, we have expanded our offerings to encompass an impressive selection of over 40 models and sizes. Our pumps boast diameters ranging from a compact 28 mm to a robust 108 mm, catering to a wide variety of needs and applications.
The Sucker Rod Pump, alternatively known as the insert rod pump, stands as a hallmark of conventional sucker rod pump design. Ingeniously connected directly to the sucker rod, this innovative rod pump can be seamlessly extracted alongside the sucker rod, leaving the tubing undisturbed. Such a feature significantly facilitates well inspections and workovers, proving immensely time-efficient by halving the duration of pumping tests and cutting costs. This makes the rod pump an ideal choice for deeper wells, promising both convenience and economy.
Engineered with a state-of-the-art suspension structure, this pump barrel enhances load-bearing capabilities, making it exceptionally suited for deep well applications. Capable of setting depths ranging from 500 to an impressive 1500 meters, this pump boasts several distinctive features: To prevent bending, a sophisticated gap bridge structure is employed, ensuring the barrel is suspended in the outer section without enduring pressure, thus minimizing the risk of bending. A calculated space between the plunger and barrel mitigates eccentric wear, prolonging service life while ensuring optimal pump efficiency. The eccentric distance is finely tuned to ε=0, effectively reducing pump loss. Ideal for deep wells requiring the suspension of additional tail pipes, this pump exemplifies reliability and efficiency.
