STRUCTURE • Featuring a coupling connection type, the strength meets or surpasses that of the pipe body. • The thread is an enhanced buttress thread, designed for high connecting efficiency and ease of processing. Sizes: 2 3/8"-2 7/8" with 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" with 6 TPI, 5" and over with 5 TPI. • The main seal utilizes a taper to taper seal structure with a negative angle torque shoulder to boost sealing capability. • A reverse torque shoulder enhances the connection's ability to bear combined loads. • The pipe body's inner wall is perfectly aligned with the coupling's inner wall. PERFORMANCE • Connection strength: Achieving strength equivalent to the pipe body with standard coupling. • Seal property: The low angle taper to taper interference seal is fortified by the reverse angle torque shoulder, ensuring high seal reliability. • With the reverse torque shoulder, the joint exhibits exceptional resistance to compression, bending, and over-torque loads. • Inner flat design minimizes gas and liquid turbulence, reducing energy losses. • Anti-galling design allows for multiple makeups and breakouts.

Sizes: 2 3/8"-2 7/8" with 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" with 6 TPI, 5"-7 3/4" with 5 TPI, and 8 5/8" and up with 4 TPI. • A patented metal-to-metal taper seal system ensures superior gas-tight sealing under severe loads such as bending and temperature variations. • A reverse angle torque shoulder offers a precise torque stop, allowing for accurate power-tight makeup while minimizing connection hoop stresses.
