Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, alternatively called a Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a cornerstone of fracturing operations, crucially utilized on the Frac Tree and Frac Stack. It is engineered to deliver consistent and secure fluid flow, enabling the pumping of substantial volumes under extreme pressures during frac completions. This high-performance frac head is pivotal in reducing the risks often linked with inferior equipment, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
2. Our Fracturing head is versatile, available in assorted wellhead connection sizes and offers two pressure ranges, with options for 2-in, 3-in, or 4-in 1502 frac inlets. It is constructed to withstand either 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi working pressure flanges. We pride ourselves on providing bespoke frac head solutions tailored to the unique demands of our customers.
3. The Frac Head is typically available with studded and flange-end connection types. Beyond the standard flanged style frac head, we offer threaded type and 'Inlet' type frac heads. With an array of sizes and inlets designed to connect multiple frac lines into the frac tree, we excel in crafting customized frac heads to meet the distinct specifications of our clientele.
