Recommended for: This exceptional hose is commonly employed in drilling, cementing, and workover services as a versatile and flexible connector between the standpipe and other crucial components.

Application: This robust hose is used as a flexible connection between the standpipe and swivel in rotary drilling or between the pump and standpipe in rotary vibrator operations. It's specifically designed to pump mud at extremely high pressures during oil drilling and natural gas exploration, accommodating conditions including 50D and 70D.

Temperature Range: The hose operates efficiently within a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C, with options for customization based on specific customer requirements.

Hose Reinforcement:Engineered with 2 to 6 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, this hose uses rubber as a binder, resulting in a unified and durable construction.

Lining: The lining is mainly constructed from NBR, offering remarkable resistance to oil, abrasion, acids, alkalis, flames, and other harsh conditions.

Hose Cover: Crafted primarily from CR, the cover of this hose is designed to withstand oil, abrasion, weather, and aging, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Coupling Type: Available with NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, and BSPT 4" couplings to meet diverse application needs.
