1.Smooth, round bore design effectively reduces turbulence and pressure drop. Longsweep and TripleStep swivel joints feature extra-long radius elbows that enhance flow properties and increase longevity in the ball race areas, especially when dealing with abrasives at ultra-high pressures.

Our industry-leading packing design incorporates an anti-extrusion ring functioning as both a retainer and bearing, effectively reducing friction between the resilient packing material and the packing chamber during joint rotation.
3. Bearings key to rotation, strength
To ensure extended, reliable service, Chiksan dual and tri-race ball bearing swivels are meticulously engineered to meet or surpass load capacities and operational conditions. All ball races are either flame-hardened, carburized and hardened, or equipped with "snap-in" stainless steel ball races.

If packing, bearings, or ball plugs require replacement, user-friendly field repair kits are conveniently available.
