First, the role of oil harvesting trees

The wellhead device, widely recognized as the "oil production tree," stands as a pillar of the oil, gas, and water well industries. It is indispensable for not only controlling but also fine-tuning the production flow of wells. The core functions include:

(1) Supporting and suspending all tubing columns within the well, ensuring stability and integrity;

(2) Sealing the annular space between oil and casing, thereby efficiently controlling casing gas emissions;

(3) Precisely managing and regulating the production output of oil wells;

(4) Enabling seamless daily operations, like overseeing oil admission, setting pressure data, conducting tests, and performing wax cleaning;

(5) Guaranteeing smooth underground operations such as well washing, sand washing, acidification, and fracturing, enhancing operational efficiency.

Second, the type of oil harvesting tree

Oil production trees are categorized into two principal types: vintage and modern. The vintage category includes iconic models like Dalong (modeled after Great Rome), Rongfeng (Little Rome), and Lianggong (Su) from the mid-20th century. In contrast, the modern category features innovative designs like Daqing 150, Daqing 160 miniature, Sheng 251, and Sheng II, crafted with contemporary techniques by China.

Third, the structure of oil extraction trees

Examining the domestic KY65-21 oil production tree, it comprises various integral parts such as the casing tee, left and right casing valves, tubing head, tubing tee, general valve, left and right production valves, test or wax cleaning valve (well sealer), tubing top wire, clamps, steel ring, and additional accessories.

Fourth, the connection method of oil production trees

There are five predominant methods used to connect oil trees:

(1) Clamp connection: Predominantly used in models like Daqing 150II, Sheng 261 micro, and Sheng 254, this method ensures secure component attachment;

(2) Thread connection: A reliable method, chiefly used in Daqing 150 and Sheng 251 models, facilitating robust connectivity;

(3) Iron hoop connection: Employed in Sheng I and Sheng II models, this method combines durability and strength;

(4) Flange connection: Utilized in esteemed models such as Shanghai Dalong, Rongfeng, and Lianggong, ensuring a stable and firm connection through flanges;

(5) Clamp flange connection: Integrating both clamp and flange, this approach is primarily seen in models like the original CY250, providing dual-level security.
