Its bore hardness ranges from 60 to 65 RC, while the outer hull showcases an outstanding tensile strength exceeding 90,000 psi. Every Hy-chrome liner is meticulously produced with an 'Hp' lip to prevent inner sleeve slippage. This liner's service life triumphantly exceeds 800 hours under standard drilling conditions, expertly engineered for optimal performance in challenging corrosive and abrasive environments.

Zirconia Liner

The Zirconia liner (ZrO3) represents the pinnacle of innovation, merging the durable strength of a forged steel outer shell with the ceramic inner sleeve's unparalleled abrasion and corrosion resistance.
