Recommended for: Widely embraced in drilling, cementing, and workover services, this hose acts as a robust and adaptable connector between the standpipe and other critical components.

Application: This hose serves as a flexible conduit between the standpipe and swivel in rotary drilling or between the pump and standpipe in rotary vibrator operations. It is essential for pumping mud under extra high pressures, making it indispensable in oil drilling and natural gas exploration, while accommodating various pressure ratings such as 50D and 70D.

Temperature Range: Designed to perform in a temperature range of -30°C to 120°C, with customization available to meet specific customer requirements.

Hose Reinforcement:Constructed with 2 to 6 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, bound together with rubber to form a unified and resilient structure.

Lining: Composed primarily of NBR, offering excellent resistance to oil, abrasion, acids, alkalis, and flames.

Hose Cover: Crafted mainly from CR, this cover is designed to resist oil, abrasion, weather, and aging, ensuring longevity and performance.

Coupling Type: Options include NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, and BSPT 4".

Reference Standard: Manufactured in compliance with API Spec 7K standards.
