Introducing the ZJ40/2250CZ Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

These advanced drilling rigs are meticulously designed and crafted to meet the stringent standards of API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C, and RP500,
as well as GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 Standards, including the mandatory '3C' standard.
The entire rig boasts a compact structure, allowing it to fit seamlessly into smaller installation spaces, thanks to its high level of integration.
With a robust, self-propelled chassis available in configurations of 8×6, 10×8, 12×8, 14×8, 14×12, and 16×12, paired with a hydraulic steering system, the rig offers outstanding off-road and cross-country capabilities.
The strategic assembly of the powerful CTERPILLAR engine alongside the reliable ALLISON transmission box guarantees exceptional driving efficiency and operational reliability.
Featuring a main brake system with a hydraulic disc or band brake and the option of auxiliary air, hydromatic, or FDWS brakes, this rig's braking systems are designed for optimal performance.
The rotary table transmission box offers forward-reverse shifting, adaptable for various DP rotary tasks, and includes an anti-torque releasing device to safely alleviate DP deformation forces.
The mast, an innovative front-open and double-section design with options for inclined or erective positions, is hydraulically operable for raising, lowering, and telescoping.
The drill floor is engineered as a twin-body telescopic type or with a parallelogram structure, ensuring effortless hoisting and
transportation. Tailored to client specifictions, the drill floor's height can be customized.
The rig features exceptional configurations of solid control, well control, and high-pressure manifold systems, alongside a generator house, engine & mud pump house, doghouse, and additional auxiliary amenities, tailored to meet diverse user needs.
