Our subsurface sucker rod pumps are engineered in strict accordance with API 11AX standards and proudly bear the prestigious API monogram and ISO 9001 certification. Originating from advanced U.S. technology introduced in the 1980s, our collection boasts over 40 distinct models and sizes. These pumps accommodate diameters ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm, offering unparalleled versatility for various drilling requirements.
Also known as the insert rod pump, the sucker rod pump is a quintessential component of the conventional pumping system. Ingeniously designed to connect directly to the sucker rod, it allows for seamless extraction and maintenance without impacting the tubing, thereby facilitating swift well inspections and workovers. This translates into significant time savings and cost reductions during pumping tests, making it an ideal choice for deeper wells.
Featuring a sophisticated suspension structure, this pump's barrel enhances load-bearing capabilities, optimizing performance even in deep well scenarios. With a setting depth range of 500 to 1500 meters, this pump exhibits remarkable characteristics: its innovative gap bridge structure prevents bending, as the barrel is suspended in an outer section that bears no pressure, making it resistant to bending. By minimizing the eccentric wear between the plunger and the barrel, it extends service life and ensures superior pump efficiency, all while maintaining an eccentric distance ε=0 to reduce pump loss. This pump is expertly suited for deep wells, especially where the installation of additional tail pipes is necessary.
