Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, alternatively known as Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a critical apparatus frequently employed on Frac Trees and Frac Stacks during intricate fracturing operations. Its primary function is to enable systematic and secure fluid management while accommodating high flow volumes under extreme pressures during frac completions. Utilizing a robust frac head significantly reduces the inherent risks of subpar equipment, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
2. The fracturing head is offered in an array of wellhead connection dimensions and features two distinct pressure ranges. It is available with 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch 1502 frac inlets, constructed to withstand formidable working pressures of either 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi. We provide the flexibility to customize frac heads according to your specific requirements, catering to your unique operational needs.
3. Frac Heads are typically available in studded and flange-end connection styles. Beyond the traditional flanged designs, we also offer threaded and "Inlet" type frac heads. These are available in various sizes with multiple inlets, facilitating the integration of numerous frac lines into the frac tree. Our expertise allows us to design and produce a diverse range of frac heads tailored to the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring optimal performance and adaptability.
