Recommended for: Commonly found as a crucial element in drilling, cementing, and workover services, this hose serves as a flexible connector between the standpipe and other essential drilling components.

Application: This versatile hose is employed as a flexible connection between the standpipe and swivel (Rotary Drilling) or between the pump and standpipe (Rotary Vibrator). It is adept at handling the challenging task of pumping mud at exceedingly high pressures, making it indispensable in oil drilling and natural gas exploration endeavors (including 50D, 70D).

Temperature Range: With a robust temperature tolerance, this hose operates efficiently from -30°C to 120°C. Custom manufacturing is available to meet specific customer requirements.

Hose Reinforcement:Constructed with 2 to 6 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, this hose features rubber as a binding agent, ensuring the layers form a unified, robust construction.

Lining: Engineered primarily with NBR, this hose lining is distinguished by its outstanding oil, abrasion, acid, alkali, and flame resistance, offering exceptional durability.

Hose Cover: Crafted mainly from CR, the hose cover boasts oil resistance, abrasion resistance, weatherproof qualities, and anti-aging properties, ensuring long-lasting protection against environmental elements.

Coupling Type: Available coupling types include NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, and BSPT 4". These provide versatile connectivity options for various operational needs.
