Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, interchangeably known as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is pivotal in the fracturing process, designed for installation on both Frac Trees and Frac Stacks. It ensures a streamlined and secure fluid flow, capable of handling high volumes at ultra-high pressures during frac completions. This carefully engineered equipment significantly reduces the inherent risks associated with inferior apparatus, providing peace of mind and operational safety.
2. Our Fracturing Head is crafted to cater to a variety of wellhead connection sizes and is offered in two pressure ranges. With options for 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch 1502 frac inlets, these heads are constructed to withstand working pressures of 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi. We are equipped to deliver customized solutions, tailoring frac heads to align perfectly with our customers' precise specifications.
3. Typically, the Frac Head is available in studded and flange-end connection types. We also extend our expertise to produce threaded type and 'Inlet' type frac heads, catering to diverse operational demands. These heads are available in various sizes and with numerous inlets, facilitating the connection of multiple frac lines to the frac tree. Our design capabilities allow us to create and deliver specific types of frac heads, developed to match our clients' unique requirements and operational goals.
