Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, alternatively known as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a pivotal component employed on Frac Trees and Stacks during fracturing operations. Engineered to ensure systematic and secure fluid flow, it handles high-volume pumping at extreme pressures during frac completions, significantly mitigating risks often associated with inferior equipment.
2. Available in a diverse range of wellhead connection sizes, the fracturing head comes in two pressure capacities, featuring 2-in, 3-in, or 4-in 1502 frac inlets, and is constructed with either 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi working pressure flanges. We offer bespoke solutions to cater to individual customer specifications, ensuring each frac head meets your unique operational needs.
3. Typically, the Frac Head is offered in both studded and flange-end connection types. Beyond the conventional flanged style, our expertise extends to manufacturing threaded and 'Inlet' type frac heads. Available in diverse sizes and multiple inlets to seamlessly integrate various frac lines into the frac tree, we design and produce an array of frac heads to meet the precise specifications of our clients.
