The subsurface sucker rod pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed. Technology was introduced from USA in 1980' s. More than 40 models and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm
Sucker Rod pump is also known as insert rod pump, it is one type of the conventional sucker rod pumps. The rod pump is connected to the sucker rod directly; it can be pulled out with sucker rod and does not influence the tubing, so the well inspection and work over is more convenient. It can save half times and reduce cost of the pumping test, thus the rod pump is suitable for the deeper well.
This pump barrel uses a suspension structure, thus it improves the load bearing structure and makes the pump work in the deep well. The setting depth of pump could be 500-1500 meters deep. This pump has the following characteristics: to prevent bending, the pump uses the gap bridge structure, the barrel is suspended in the outer section and does not bear any pressure thus, not easy to bend. The space between the plunger and barrel reduces eccentric wear thus, extended the service life and guarantee improved pump efficiency. To prevent loss, the related eccentric distance ε=0. This eccentric distance between barrel and plunger reduce pump loss. This pump is suitable for the deep wells, which where one needs to hang more tail pipes.
