Our subsurface sucker rod pumps stand at the forefront of the industry, crafted meticulously in compliance with API 11AX standards, and proudly bearing the prestigious API monogram. Further bolstering our commitment to quality, these pumps are ISO 9001 certified. With roots in advanced technology introduced from the USA in the 1980s, we offer an impressive assortment of over 40 models and sizes. These pumps feature diameters ranging from 28 mm to a robust 108 mm, providing versatile options to meet diverse application needs.
Known also as the insert rod pump, the Sucker Rod Pump is a cornerstone in conventional sucker rod technology. Ingeniously connected directly to the sucker rod, it can be effortlessly extracted with the sucker rod itself, ensuring that the tubing remains undisturbed. This design leads to more streamlined well inspection and workover processes, cutting operational time by half and significantly slashing pumping test costs. Its efficiency makes it particularly suitable for deeper wells, delivering unmatched performance and reliability in challenging environments.
Our pump barrel is ingeniously designed with a suspension structure that fortifies its load-bearing capacity, enabling optimal function in deep wells. It operates effectively at depths ranging from 500 to 1500 meters, thanks to its innovative features: The gap bridge structure counteracts bending, with the barrel ingeniously suspended in the outer section, sparing it from pressure and enhancing its resilience. The minimized space between the plunger and barrel curbs eccentric wear, prolonging the pump's lifespan and boosting its efficiency significantly. The related eccentric distance, ε=0, ensures minimal pump loss, making it a preferred choice for deep wells requiring additional tail pipe installation.
