Recommended for: Commonly engaged in the dynamic fields of drilling, cementing, and workover services, acting as a flexible conduit between the standpipe and other critical equipment.

Application: Expertly crafted for use as a flexible connector between the standpipe and swivel during rotary drilling, or between the pump and standpipe in rotary vibrator applications. This hose is designed to handle the rigors of pumping mud at ultra-high pressures, essential for oil drilling and natural gas exploration endeavors including the demanding 50D and 70D standards.

Temperature Range: Engineered to withstand temperatures from -30°C to 120°C, with custom manufacturing available to meet specific customer requirements.

Hose Reinforcement:Structured with 2 to 6 layers of high-strength steel wire spirals, seamlessly bonded by rubber to form a robust and cohesive unit.

Lining: Crafted with a predominantly NBR composition, this lining is engineered to resist oil, abrasion, acid, alkali, and flames, ensuring durability in harsh environments.

Hose Cover: Constructed primarily from CR, this cover offers exceptional resistance to oil, abrasion, and weather, while providing anti-ageing properties for extended service life.

Coupling Type: Equipped with NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, and BSPT 4" couplings, tailored for secure and reliable connections.
