Our subsurface sucker rod pumps are meticulously crafted in strict accordance with API 11AX standards, proudly bearing the API monogram and ISO 9001 certification. With cutting-edge technology introduced from the USA in the 1980s, we offer an extensive range of over 40 models and sizes, featuring diameters that span from a precise 28 mm to a robust 108 mm.
The Sucker Rod Pump, also known as the insert rod pump, represents a sophisticated variant within the realm of conventional sucker rod pumps. This innovative rod pump is directly connected to the sucker rod, enabling seamless extraction alongside the sucker rod and leaving the tubing untouched. Such a design innovation not only simplifies well inspection and maintenance but also significantly reduces the time and costs associated with pumping tests-making it an ideal solution for deeper wells.

Engineered with a state-of-the-art suspension structure, this pump barrel enhances load-bearing capabilities, optimizing performance in deep well applications. Capable of operating at impressive depths of 500-1500 meters, the pump incorporates a gap bridge structure to prevent bending. With the barrel suspended in the outer section and free from pressure, the risk of bending is minimized. The strategic spacing between plunger and barrel mitigates eccentric wear, thereby prolonging service life and boosting efficiency. The elimination of pump loss is ensured by maintaining an eccentric distance ε=0. This pump is especially suited for deep wells requiring additional tail pipes.
