Product Parameters
1. The Frac Head, also referred to as the Fracturing Head or Goat Head, is a pivotal component utilized on Frac Trees and Frac Stacks during fracturing operations. Engineered for systematic and secure fluid flow, it supports the pumping of high volumes at extreme pressures during frac completions. The frac head significantly reduces the risks associated with inferior equipment, providing a reliable solution for demanding tasks.
2. The Fracturing Head is available in diverse wellhead connection sizes and two pressure ratings, featuring 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch 1502 frac inlets. These heads are constructed with robust flanges capable of withstanding 15,000 psi or 10,000 psi working pressures. We offer customized frac heads to meet the specific demands of our customers, providing flexible options for every requirement.
3. Frac Heads are typically available in studded and flange-end connection types. Beyond the flanged style, we also manufacture threaded and 'Inlet' type frac heads. Offered in various sizes and with multiple inlets, these heads are designed to integrate numerous frac lines into the frac tree. Our expertise allows us to create an array of frac head types, tailored precisely to the unique specifications of our clientele.
