WHIPSTOCK

     The recoverable whipstock is a special tool for side-drilling through the casing with a window in the casing to complete the well. Its main function is to drill more than two branching holes horizontally in a straight hole, which can be distributed radially at the same or different depths, or to drill a number of branching holes in different directions with incline of 90° to 150°, in a comb pattern .
Structure and working principle:
     A recoverable whipstock is usually composed of two parts: a whipstock and a packer. The bottom is provided with a fishing basket, and holes for feeding and recovering the whipstock are arranged on the bevel of the whipstock. The working principle is that the slip body arranged in the outer tube moves along both the radial direction of the inner tube and the axial direction of the inner tube by pushing the high pressure fluid, and the sitting seal on the outer tube is perforated and the casing is occludated to achieve first-stage setting, and the capsule packer is longitudinally expanded to fit with the inner wall of the casing to achieve second-stage setting .
