Application: This high-performance hose serves as a flexible link between the standpipe and swivel (in Rotary Drilling), or between the pump and standpipe (in Rotary Vibrator), expertly engineered for pumping mud at exceptionally high pressures in oil drilling and natural gas exploration endeavors, including the robust 50D and 70D applications.

Temperature Range: -30°C to 120°C, with customization available to suit specific customer requirements.

Hose Reinforcement:Composed of 2 to 6 spiraled layers of single high-strength steel wire, bound with rubber to create a robust, unified construction that ensures maximum reliability and performance.

Lining: Constructed primarily of NBR, our hose lining provides exceptional oil resistance, as well as protection against abrasion, acids, alkalis, and flames.

Hose Cover: Manufactured predominantly from CR, the hose cover is designed to resist oil, abrasion, and weather, while offering superior anti-aging properties.

Coupling Type: NKT 60X2.5, HAMMER UNION 1502, BSPT 4"
