First, the role of oil harvesting trees

Wellhead device, also known as the revered "oil production tree," is a cornerstone in the realm of oil, gas, and water wells, standing as the principal apparatus for controlling and fine-tuning the flow of oil well production. Its critical functions include:

(1) Providing robust support by bearing the weight of all tubing columns within the suspension tubing and well system;

(2) Sealing the annular space between oil and casing to effectively manage casing gas, ensuring operational safety;

(3) Exercising precise control and regulation over the production activities of oil wells;

(4) Facilitating the meticulous daily management of oil admission, pressure data monitoring, wax cleaning, and more;

Oil harvesting trees are categorized into two primary groups: the classic old oil producing trees and the innovative new oil producing trees. The vintage collection includes models like Dalong (Great Rome imitation), Rongfeng (Little Rome imitation), and Lianggong (Su imitation) from the 1960s. The modern category features state-of-the-art designs such as Daqing 150, Daqing 160 miniature, Sheng 251, and Sheng II type, all meticulously engineered in China.

Third, the structure of oil extraction trees

There are five primary methods for connecting oil trees:

(2) Thread connection: A threaded approach connecting components in models such as Daqing 150 and Sheng 251, ensuring robust assembly;

(3) Iron hoop connection: An iron hoop technique ensures the cohesion of components, as seen in Sheng I and Sheng II oil trees;

(4) Flange connection: Features a flange-based union of components, applied in Shanghai Dalong, Rongfeng, Lianggong, and similar models;

(5) Clamp flange connection: A hybrid approach merging clamp and flange elements for secure connections, exemplified by the original CY250 and other models.
