The high-strength steel frame and supporting bar combine with the tensioned screen cloth to significantly boost screen durability and strength. With mesh sizes available from 20 to 325, each screen segment is independently structured to prevent widespread damage. Our Composite Frame Shaker Screen, featuring a polyurethane material frame and two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth, stands out with the following main features:
