This innovative line of drilling rigs is meticulously designed and manufactured in strict compliance with leading industry standards such as API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C, and RP500,
as well as essential GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY6584 standards alongside the mandatory '3C' standards.
The entire rig boasts a compact and highly integrated structure, minimizing installation space requirements and maximizing efficiency.
With a robust, self-propelled chassis available in configurations like 8×6, 10×8, 12×8, 14×8, 14×12, and 16×12, alongside a state-of-the-art hydraulic steering system, this rig ensures superior passage and outstanding cross-country capabilities.
Featuring a seamless integration of theERPILLAR engine and ALLISON transmission box, it guarantees exceptional driving efficiency and unparalleled working reliability.
The main brake system incorporates a hydraulic disc brake or band brake, complemented by auxiliary options such as air brake, hydromatic brake, or FDWS brake for enhanced control.
The rotary table transmission box offers forward-reverse shifting, accommodating diverse DP rotary operations. An anti-torque releasing device safely discharges DP deformation forces.
The mast is expertly designed with a front-open, double-section type with an inclination angle or an erective double-section type, capable of hydraulic erection, lowering, and telescoping for maximum flexibility.
The drill floor, available in a twin-body telescopic type or parallelogram structure, is engineered for effortless hoisting and
transportation, with customizable height specifitions tailored to the client's precise requirements.
A superior configuration of systems including solid control, well control, high-pressure manifold, generator house, engine & mud pump house, doghouse, and other auxiliary facilities cter to diverse user needs.
